Faheed Olajide
Chief Executive Officer
Faheed has more than 20 years experience in Technology and Business Management within the Telecomms, IT & FINTECH, Electronics and Power industries, he designs and manages solutions spanning multiple technologies. He was General Project Manager with Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia and earlier Chief Technology Officer with Alcatel-Lucent, led start-ups within the Telecomms and Fintech space including Payvantage Limited and also worked with GS Telecom Limited in Satellite & Microwave networks deployment, the National Electric Power Authority in Protection and Control Systems and Megascreen Limited as Technical Manager.
Faheed holds an Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), an accredited General Project Manager and Lead Technical Project Manager with Alcatel-Lucent, Faheed is a registered Engineer with COREN, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a fellow of the African Association of Entrepreneurs, Nigeria.
Within the Social responsibility sphere, he is co-founder of EndowAfrica and Executive Director of Academic Excellence Initiative(AEI), both non profits supporting youth education.
Hatim Zougary
Director Strategy, Sales & Marketing
Hatim is a vision driven, goal focused executive with a large proven history of over 25 years in the telecom and ICT world.
With a huge multi-continent experience covering Europe, Latin America and Africa, Hatim has been Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Country Senior Officer (CSO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leading Sales, Marketing, Strategy and regional/continental teams for multinational ICT/Telecoms organizations including Alcatel, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, Thomson Grass Valley, Keymile and others. Within those roles, Hatim, has a proven record of enabling innovations, revenue growth, team building and performance improvement.
Hatim serves on the advisory board of EndowAfrica and as the CSO for Alcatel-Lucent in Nigeria in 2013, was instrumental to G-Next - a CSR program supported by Alcatel-Lucent that trained hundreds of University of Lagos undergrads in mobile telecom technology.
Segun Emmanuel Shittu
Chief Technology Officer
Segun has had over 15years experience spanning Telecommunications, Software development, Analytics and Project Management. He is SCRUM Master certified (International Scrum Institute), a certified DEVOPS Project Manager and a B.Tech graudate of Electrical Electronics from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Nigeria. In addition, Segun has attended several courses on technology systems, project management and strategy, both locally and internationally.
Segun was Senior Project Manager, Application and Analytics at Alcatel-Lucent and previously Intelligent Network & Charging team lead with Alcatel. He has led several projects on system implementation, business analytics, and enterprise architecture for telecommunication companies across Africa.
He is passionate about Information Technology innovation, Cyber Security and volunteers as a mentor and trainer with Endow Africa, a foundation dedicated to nurturing the next generation of highly skilled technology graduates and startups from within African Universities.
Ismaila Adeleke
Lead Industry/Research Consultant
Adeleke is an associate professor in the Actuarial Science department of the Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Lagos. He had his B Sc in Statistics from the University of Illorin, M.Sc. and PhD Statistics from the University of Lagos and a M.Sc. in Actuarial Science from the University of Leicester. He has over 20 years experience in Education, Consultancy and Project Management. He is an award-winning author and researcher, both locally and internationally, delivering several papers covering various aspect of statistics, health insurance and examination logistics.
An experienced examiner and assessor for various professional bodies, Adeleke is also a consultant to various leading companies and researchers on experimental design, health insurance and demography, leading several projects both within and outside the university. He is a member of the Nigeria Statistical Association, the American Statistical Association and many other professional bodies. He is passionate about education, agriculture and innovation.
